Our Paleta Bellota 100% comes from 100% Iberian pigs, fed in EXTREMADURA on acorns, cereals and natural pastures during the montanera season. Its high quality and flavour make it perfect if you want to enjoy a good Iberian product. The Iberian breed of our pigs, together with the special care we take in the preparation, curing and drying of our products, make tasting our Iberian hams an experience for your palate. Its intense and bright red colour, its fine streaks of fat, its pleasant aroma and its mild flavour make it a unique and different product.
