High-quality piece. This Iberian bait ham comes from pigs that have grown extensively and have eaten feed with a formula specially developed to supply all the necessary nutrients for optimal muscular, skeletal, and fatty development.

The drying process takes around 30 months, during which the ham undergoes salting and is then placed in a controlled temperature and humidity drying room for 6 months. After that, it is transferred to a natural drying room where air currents and temperature contrasts will uniformly cure the piece, giving it its characteristic color, smell, and flavor. This process lasts approximately 22 months. Finally, it is stored in the cellar, where the Iberian ham remains at rest until it is sent to your home.
