Aimia brut rosat

Our rosé cava, distinguished and romantic "Aimia", referring to the beloved woman, is an old Catalan word used by troubadours in the Middle Ages but also by contemporary poets such as Miquel Martí Pol who used it in some of his poems.

Aimia Rosat Brut Nature (formerly Eternum) is the result of a careful artisanal process, made and aged in the cellar for 12 months on average. Rinsing of the bottle in desks and traditional disgorging.
