Description
Altos Ibéricos takes its name from Alto Otero, a beautiful spot where our winery is located in the municipality of Labastida, in the north of the Iberian Peninsula.

Provenance
This noble wine from the Torres family, made from the Tempranillo variety, is aged for 12 months in oak barrels and a long time in bottle.

Gastronomy
Altos Ibéricos has been developed to fit in perfectly with the new trends in avant-garde cuisine. Its fruity sensations and soft tannins, combine especially with all kinds of tapas made with fresh food; such as red meats, blue fish, cheeses and, especially, with all kinds of sausages. Serve between 14-16°C.

Tasting notes
Cherry red colour. Frank and intense nose of white flowers and red fruits, in balance with spicy and roasted aromas that has contributed to the permanence in oak barrels. Fresh and velvety on the palate, with a long finish expressing the finesse and smoothness of its tannins.

Type of grape

Tempranillo. Traditional variety also called, locally, "Ull de Llebre" "Ojo de Liebre"
