Production and aging

Barón De Ley Reserva is made from grapes grown in our own vineyards in Mendavia (Rioja Baja). It is aged for 20 months in new American oak barrels, and then an additional 24 months in the bottle to reach its full maturity for consumption. This wine has not undergone any filtration or stabilization processes, so it may contain natural sediments.
