Blood sausage pie: a sin from León

One of the most characteristic empanadas of Reydulce. It is made giving all the prominence to one of the star products of the region: black pudding. ReyDulce only uses local ingredients to make its products, as is the case with the famous Leonese black pudding, supplied by local producers.

Made with puff pastry dough, in the traditional way, it melts in the mouth more easily as it is formed by small and thin crunchy sheets.
