Elaboration
Gin Bombay Original is composed of the following botanicals: juniper berries, angelica root, almonds, licorice, blackcurrant, Moroccan coriander seeds, lemon peel, and iris root. Bombay Original remains true to the 1761 recipe, with its most outstanding feature being its traditional "single-fold" process, which does not add any type of concentrate or additive after distillation.
The result of the distillate goes directly into the bottle, where it is only mixed with the purest water to lower the alcohol content. In addition, this genuine production process is still carried out in the original copper still, dating back to 1831.
