Canarian banana wine

PLATÉ is a delicious semi-dry wine made from Canary Island Bananas, obtained by alcoholic fermentation, selected one by one, to obtain a product of exceptional quality. Just as wine is obtained from the alcoholic fermentation of the grapes, we obtain PLATÉ from the Canary Island bananas. The elaboration process is the same used to elaborate a wine from grapes, obtaining a drink of similar characteristics. Platé is not a liquor, since we do not add distilled spirits and we do not add artificial flavors, nor colorants.

Tasting notes: Colour: bright pale yellow. Aroma: On the nose it is fresh, tropical (peach, pineapple, guava, passion fruit) along with other white varieties such as apple, with soft hints of banana, Taste: light sweetness, well balanced with the acidity present. It continues to take us to tropical areas through the fruit load. And again a continuous banana tone that does not tire. A very fresh and light wine, well integrated as a whole. Food pairing: to accompany fish, seafood, white meats, rice dishes and salads.
