The use of Bodegas Toro Albalá's high quality fine wines has been the basis for creating vinegars with the mastery of know-how in fortified wines. The characteristics that these fine wines will bring to the vinegar will be the high content of acetoin and above all an aromatic complexity. The aging of vinegars is done in Castilian oak barrels with a long aging in years, typical of the style of its creator, Antonio Sanchez.
