Description
It's been 40 years since we first made this wine with its own personality. My father, while looking for a rosé with intense colour and fruity aromas, experimented with the Garnacha Tinta and Cariñena varieties and achieved a rosé that made a difference that has remained constant over the years.


Provenance
Rosés are very special wines; they have a non-conformist and youthful personality. Our rosés combine sensual lightness with a presence.


Torres rosés adapt to any dish, to any situation: they are perfect to be enjoyed on a terrace, accompanying rice or fish soup.


Gastronomy

Ideal with traditional aperitif 'tapas', as well as cold meats and some vegetable dishes. Exceptional with all recipes where tomato or tomato sauce is used, including Italian pasta.


Tasting notes

Elegant cherry colour on soft purple backgrounds. Fine floral aroma reminiscent of certain flowers such as mimosa and iris complemented by discreet fruity nuances (plum, cherry...). Unctuous palate, balanced by a good sensory evolution of the wine. On the finish, the sensations of aroma are prolonged, pleasant and delicate.
