It is a blend of Arabica coffee from Peru and Ethiopia and Robusta from Congo. It results in a coffee with a sensory profile of dark chocolate, cocoa and burnt sugar "caramel custard". Intense and full-bodied bitterness, with a lingering and persistent aftertaste. Good for recipes with milk. An organic coffee grown in a natural way following the criteria of Organic Farming, which promotes environmentally responsible cultivation.
