Case of 3 glass bottles of 250ml monovarietals: Verdeña, Alquezrana and Negral.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil Verdeña: The Verdeña variety is the most representative, accounts for 50% of the olive groves of Somontano and is located virtually throughout the territory, but with greater presence in Bierge and at the foot of the Sierra de Guara. All the olive trees of Verdeña are centenary and are cultivated in dry farming. Verdeña oil is produced in the first fortnight of December.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil Alquezrana: The Alquezrana variety may be the oldest in Somontano, is located almost entirely around Alquézar and Radiquero and is a tree with a very upright bearing. It is harvested at the end of November. The oil of this centenary variety is also differentiated from the rest by its peculiar aroma. It is produced in the second half of November.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil Negral: The Negral variety is located almost entirely in the municipality of Bierge, extending a little to the westernmost part of the Sierra de Guara. It is a centenary olive tree of weeping bearing. The olives of this variety have always been highly appreciated for its use as table olives due to its sweet taste.
Negral oil is produced at the beginning of November.

Produced by Aceites Ferrer (Bierge, Huesca).
