The Iberian Chorizo Extra from Olalla Jamones is made using our tradition and our fantastic pigs. These belong exclusively to the Iberian breed, and their rearing and fattening in freedom in the Meadows of Huelva and Extremadura based on products from the countryside, and curing in drying sheds and natural cellars results in an exquisite and unique Iberian product
