The maceration we do is totally natural

The maceration we do is completely natural, we use fresh basil for its potency of flavor and quality and dried tomato a product with an intense flavor and enhanced due to its natural dehydration

 

We clean it and add it to the tomato

We clean and dry it, we dip it in our extra virgin olive oil, to begin its maceration process artisan.

 

The dried tomato offers the same properties as the fresh tomato, due to its slow sun-drying process, it concentrates the aromas and flavors of the tomato. Basil icon of Mediterranean cuisine, for its fresh, sweet and very penetrating flavor, its properties, smells and flavors are transferred to the oil, the mixture of both gives the oil a distinctive flavor and smell that will not leave you indifferent.
