The honeys of Galicia, milflores, are composed of a wide range of different plants, which give them their special characteristics and recognized quality worldwide. The species that contribute most to our honeys are: chestnut, sylva, bramble, heather, eucalyptus, holm oak, oak and wild plants. Our apiaries are located throughout Galicia, from the coast to the high mountains, which gives us a great richness and variety of honeys.

Our careful extraction process is very simple to respect and preserve the properties and flavour of the honeys as the bees produce them:

  1. We collect the honeycombs in the hives
  2. We extract it by cold centrifugation
  3. We deposit it in the drums and give it 15 days of rest
  4. We pack it and label it ready for you
