Cod that comes from Norway, Iceland, Denmark. It comes from the "Barens Sea", the fish par excellence of the cold waters of the northern seas. Its white and translucent flesh is easy to fillet once cooked. It can be found in our markets all year round, but the season for the most prized cod, known as Skrey, is February, March and April. According to the experts we can differentiate three qualities of cod, being the same species (Gadus Morhua): Skrey, Shiny and Skinny
