Galician octopus leg

This case contains 2 large cooked Galician octopus legs selected 1 by 1 by hand and then vacuum-packed to avoid losing the characteristic flavour and texture of Galician octopus. Each case contains a weight of between 450-600gr, an ideal amount to consume between 2-3 people.

With this case we avoid the hassle of having to cook the octopus at home and we can enjoy the Galician octopus from the Rias Baixas without any work as if you were eating it anywhere in Galicia.

It is very easy to prepare, for this you just have to heat in a pot the boiled octopus legs in the container itself for 10 minutes. The reason why it should be heated in the container itself is that this cephalopod is packed with a small amount of octopus water which gives these legs a unique flavour

They are ideal for preparing various recipes such as Galician style octopus, grilled octopus, Galician octopus salads or salpicones
