DESCRIPTION: The Alfonso Sáez Gran Reserva Ham is an excellent piece for its flavour and aroma, achieved by the combination of the two main factors in the curing process, a healthy and balanced diet with top quality cereals and feed, and a drying and curing process of at least 20 months in our drying sheds located at more than 1000 metres above sea level

PRESENTATION: So that you can enjoy all the aroma and flavour of our Gran Reserva Alfonso Sáez ham, we take care of the delivery details. The product is presented whole, packed in a protective atmosphere and finally netted in cotton cloth in our drying room. The weight of the product corresponds to a leg of between 8 and 8.5 kilos, remaining after boning at approximately 5.2 kilos. The shipment is processed in a cardboard box for a safe transit. QUALITY: To make our Gran Reserva Alfonso Sáez ham we carefully select the hind legs of our pigs. The hams are cured following the traditional salting and curing process in our drying room in Mora de Rubielos, one of the oldest drying rooms in the region of Gúdar-Javalambre, and its altitude and cold and dry climate guarantee an excellent drying, ensuring a high quality product in aroma and flavour.The product obtained has characteristics that make it unique, the first impression, its aroma, invites you to taste it.
