Gregorian Oak

Made mostly with Garnacha, as well as Tempranillo, Merlot and Syrah, aged in French oak for 5 months, with a clean appearance, high colour intensity, very dark tones in the heart and violet in the meniscus, with aromas of very ripe red fruit accompanied by aromas of barrel aging, especially vanilla and caramel toffee, round on the palate with volume and a long and intense finish.In the mouth it is round on volume and long and intense finish.it combines perfectly with spaced white meats, grilled red meats, small game and cured cheeses.consumption temperature 16º.Elaborated by Bodega Picos en Magallanes, DO Campo de Borja.
