How to cook or prepare it
Cut it in half and smash it with a wooden mallet so that the pomegranate seeds fall out. You can also make pomegranate juice with a blender or directly with a orange juicer. If you prefer you can mix its juice with orange juice and thus take advantage of the properties and antioxidants of these two healthy fruits. Usually the delicious grains inside are consumed or used to combine in various dishes, desserts, ice cream, jams, jellies, jams and, above all, in salads.
