PRESENTATION: The ham is presented whole, packaged in a protective atmosphere and finally netted in our drying room. The weight of the product corresponds to a leg of between 4 and 4.5 kilos. The shipment is processed in a cardboard box for safe transit

QUALITY: This ham is obtained with an excellent raw material, pigs raised in the mountains of Teruel with the best feed and cereals. The hams are cured according to the traditional way in one of the oldest dryers in the region of Gúdar-Javalambre, in the municipality of Mora de Rubielos, ensuring a high quality product. It is a product made from the best pieces of pork to obtain a natural product after the salting and curing process, thus achieving the best aroma, flavour and a characteristic colour, which changes from pink to dark red in the lean part, with fat of intense flavour
