At El Bici you can now buy candied sunflower seeds, the rich sunflower seeds peeled and with a sweet coating made from syrup. The process of crystallization and caramelization of the sugar on the nut is completely handmade by ourselves, without being subjected to any industrial process. Our experience and care is reflected in the resulting delicious flavor, impossible to match in an industrial bag.
The sunflower seeds have many properties that remain intact after the application of the candy, which make them very beneficial with a moderate regular consumption. Some of them are:

This nut is very rich in potassium, phosphorus and magnesium, minerals necessary for the proper functioning and maintenance of our body. They also provide a significant amount of calcium.
Fat
Like other nuts, seeds have a high energy content in the form of fatty acids. Most of them are unsaturated fats that, with controlled intakes, reduce the level of cholesterol in the blood. They have a saturated fat content of only 5%
