Iberian Cebo Campo La Jara de Cortegana Ham 7,5-8 kg

The Jamón de cebo Campo 50% Ibérico "La Jara" comes from Iberian pigs carefully reared and fed on cereals, subjected to a traditional and totally natural salting and drying process which gives it an intense and characteristic aroma.

The animals have a mixed feed of cereal and natural feed, so the pieces are qualified as field fattening.

Our hams spend their curing process in the only wood dryer built in 50 years. The wood of these drying sheds, whose maintenance requires constant care, acts as a natural regulator of humidity and temperature, while allowing the fresh air of the Sierra de Huelva to pass through
