These belong exclusively to the Iberian breed, and their breeding and fattening in freedom in the Meadows of Huelva and Extremadura based on products from the countryside, and a long curing process in drying sheds and natural cellars results in an exquisite and unique Iberian product

Made using tradition and with great respect for nature, the Morcón Ibérico de Bellota de Presa Ibérica de Olalla is made from the best lean meat of the Iberian pig.
