The Morcón Ibérico de Bellota de Presa Ibérica from Olalla Jamones is elaborated using our tradition and our fantastic pigs. These belong exclusively to the Iberian breed, and their breeding and fattening in freedom in the Meadows of Huelva and Extremadura based on products from the countryside, and a long curing process in drying sheds and natural cellars results in an exquisite and unique Iberian product
Made using tradition and with great respect for nature, the Morcón Ibérico de Bellota de Presa Ibérica de Olalla is made from the best lean meat of the Iberian pig. It is also stuffed in natural casing and marinated with spices of the highest quality: Denomination of Origin De la Vera paprika, garlic and sea salt. Of similar quality to the Iberian chorizo, the larger mincing of Morcón Ibérico de Bellota de Presa Ibérica, and the longer curing and drying process that the mincing entails, results in pieces that, although retaining all the flavor nuances of the chorizo, are much juicier

This product has a drying and curing process in our cellars and natural drying rooms that is much longer than that of the Iberian chorizo, although both products are similar

Storage
Conservation
Before opening the product, we recommend keeping it in a dry and cool place, without large temperature variations. Ideally, the Iberian chorizo should be kept between 12 and 14 ºC. Once it has been started, we recommend keeping it in the refrigerator. And, of course, we advise to take the product out of the cold one day in advance before consumption
Consumption
Once the piece has already been started, from Olalla we strongly recommend that it is consumed within 4 days. In this way, we ensure that both the flavor and the quality and properties of this delicious Iberian ham remain intact

Tips for optimal tasting
