The Morcón Ibérico Nieto Martín is one of the most traditional formats of Guijuelo and of our range of products. It is made from selected Iberian pork meats minced to the right calibre for this speciality and marinated with Pimentón de la Vera paprika, garlic, olive oil and other seasonings. Once marinated, they are stuffed into natural casings and then taken to our cellars. There, after a drying and maturing process of approximately 4 months, it develops its characteristic flavour and aroma
Of large caliber, unique feature in this format, its appearance is consistent, well bound and its red color offers a great contrast with the clear points in reddish white. Its flavor is intense and full of nuances
The meats of our Morcón de Bellota Ibérico Nieto Martin come from Iberian pigs with at least 50% certified Iberian breed. They are raised on farms where their animal welfare is guaranteed and meets all EU requirements. Their feed consists mainly of feed made up of high quality cereals
