Tips for optimal tasting
To properly taste the whole pieces contained in this Iberian Lot, they should ideally be at room temperature. Once opened, it is necessary to keep them in the cold of the refrigerator. Therefore, we strongly advise you to take the piece out of the refrigerator the day before consumption, so that the flavor, aroma and quality remain intact
With regard to the envelopes, before opening the bag, we strongly recommend that it is at room temperature (between 20 and 25º would be optimal). Subsequently, we recommend removing the slices and carefully separate them one by one and then place them on the plate. Ideally, wait about 5 minutes for the product to fully air and recover its natural aromas. Once the sachet has been opened, we recommend that it be consumed at the same time
