It is the youthful representation of the winery's most complex reds. Made from Merlot, planted in our vineyards in 1997, and a small percentage of Petit Verdot that we have been growing since 2006. The number 3055 represents Jean Leon's taxi driver's license in New York and reveals the man behind the legend, the humble origins of an idealist who achieved his dream of founding the most famous restaurant in Hollywood and making a wine with his name on it.
