Jordán de Asso Brut Nature Cava

Varieties: Macabeo (90%) and Chardonnay (10%).

Tasting notes: Pale yellow colour with steely tones. Fine bubbles with good evolution, wide crown on the surface. Complex aromas in which citrus and white fruit stand out on a background of fine pastries. In the mouth it is lively with an elegant subtlety, fresh with an adequate acidity. The citrus fruit returns with quince and white grape skin. Dry aftertaste, without concessions to sugars.


Serving temperature: 6-7 ºC, preferably in a Champagne or flute type glass.
