Made mainly with grapes from very old Monastrell vineyards with low yields as well as Cabernet-Sauvignon and Syrah vines planted at an altitude of 700 metres above sea level, we obtain a very concentrated, complex and at the same time very elegant wine after its passage through a careful selection of French and American oak barrels for 18 months.
