Tasting Notes

Delicate soft cherry colour. Fresh aroma reminiscent of red and black fruits. Intense palate with delicate acidity. Fresh and lingering aftertaste.


Gastronomy

Great as an aperitif. Ideal with meat or tomato sauce and certain vegetables. Excellent with oriental cuisine. Serve at 8-10 °C.
