From the cold are born our gourmet preserves made with care and time. We simmer confit and artisan pickles in extra virgin olive oil without preservatives or colorings and gluten-free.

Partridge, quail, turkey, rabbit or suckling pig are some of our canned meat. Candied tomato petals, pepper ribbons and candied mushrooms, the vegetables. We make limited editions with ingredients such as black truffle or saffron for the most gourmet palates.
