Wine Martí Serdà Sorbet rosé 2014 is a rosé wine of the D.O. Penedés elaborated by Caves Martí Serdá. Once the grape is received to the winery, after a peculiar cold maceration 10 hours, the must ferments slowly and drops to temperature for 20 days in a stainless tank.
