Provenance
The name comes from our 14th century farmhouse, at the foot of the castle of Sant Martí Sarroca. Since ancient times this has been a meeting place for wine lovers and the family's old reserves are tasted here.


Gastronomy
From pulses to meat and vegetable rice dishes; from grilled meats to traditional stews.

Serve at 18ºC.

Tasting notes
Deep dark crimson colour. Clearly Mediterranean, it seduces with its aromas of fruit (blackberries) and spices. It is velvety, with soft tannins that leave fine notes of liquorice and fruits of the forest.
