Moruga Madness Limited Edition Sierra Nevada

Moruga Madness is a sauce based on the powerful Trinidad Moruga Scorpion, a chili of Trinidad origin with about 1,500,000 units on the Scoville scale. For this sauce Dr. Salsa decided to mix it with roasted natural pineapple, a little apple cider vinegar, organic sea salt, lemon juice, turmeric, white pepper, mace, coriander, ginger, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, cayenne and aniseed. The result is spectacular!
