The Nieto Martín Iberian Acorn-fed Pork Loin is the result of the marinating, stuffing and slow curing of the Iberian pig's Bola (or Presa), one of its noblest cuts. The marinade we use in its preparation responds to the traditional recipe of the Nieto Martín family with spices and olive oil. Once marinated, they are stuffed whole in artificial casings and then taken to our cellars.
