Fresh "Borettane" onions, grown in Alba, are used. The best balsamic vinegar of Modena is added to them and they are packaged according to the traditional method.

They are processed once a year from freshly picked produce.

Ingredients: Onions (Borettane), balsamic vinegar of Modena, extra virgin olive oil, wine vinegar and salt.
