The secret of their tenderness and extraordinary flavor lies in:
- Harvesting at the optimum moment of ripening of the best raw material: artichokes of the Blanca de Tudela variety.
- Hand peeling of the artichoke with great care: eliminating all the hard leaves and preserving part of the stalk (the tastiest area).
- Candied in a mixture of organic olive and sunflower oils that does not alter the natural flavor of the artichoke. No preservatives, colorings or flavor enhancers are added.
- It is a totally handmade and natural product.
