TASTING NOTES - ARBEQUINA

Extra Virgin Olive Oil of arbequina variety, exceptional where the delicacy of the aromas of this variety mix with the strength and character of the southern lands. A medium fruity of fresh olives, with green aromas of herbs and green wheat intermingled with the characteristic fruit notes of arbequina; almond, apple, and ripe banana stand out.

Its mouthfeel is progressive, with a soft and delicate entry, a very mild bitterness and a more notable presence of spiciness afterwards. It is harmonious and has an almond aftertaste.
