Pasión de Bobal is the combination of a meticulous selection of the best clusters collected in the highest altitude plot of our vineyards located in the Valencian municipality of Camporrobles and a skin maceration at very low temperature for 16 hours, obtaining the first amount of must bleeding and subsequent fermentation at controlled temperature.

Tasting notes:

Bright light pinkish red colour with hints of salmon, intense nose with abundant hints of red fruit (redcurrants, cherries and strawberries) and subtle hints of rose petals. On the palate it is well-structured, tasty, ample and balanced. Its fresh acidity makes it an agile and lively wine. Its evolution in the mouth is magnificent, with a long and tasty aftertaste in which the varietal aromas stand out
