Always serve it chilled
This wine is made from Tempranillo grapes and less than 2,400 bottles are produced each year. Its light and characteristic carbonic is totally natural, the result of its fermentation in isobaric tanks at a controlled temperature that is interrupted by a sudden drop in temperature that allows the natural carbon dioxide to be preserved. And, mind you, although it is sweet, no sugars of any kind are added.
