You can choose how you want us to prepare your fresh piece of tenderloin and the weight:

  • Entero you will get the whole piece of loin of about 1.5 kilograms approx.
  • In fillets: 1 Kilogram of fillets if you intend to grill or pan fry them.

How cook your tenderloin ribbon.

As you can see in the photo, its best accompaniment are some delicious Padrón peppers if your option is to taste it grilled. If you are going to bake it in the oven, a good option is to roast it with some potatoes. The juice of the loin will give a special flavour to the roast.

Preferred consumption: before 15 days

Tip: ideally, take it out of the fridge 30 minutes beforehand so that the meat is tempered.
