(PP and PV) Protein Milk Shake (To Prepare)

Ingredients

MILK, sweeteners (maltitol,dextrose and acelsulfame), MILK protein, lemon and cinnamon flavourings

Recommended consumption

Mix cold with one litre of water, using a blender. Bring to the boil on the heat stirring from time to time, or in the microwave. Leave to cool and place in the fridge. Consume very cold. It can be sprinkled with cinnamon powder
