Directions for use:

Take by mixing a teaspoon of Psyllium in liquid substances: water, juice, soup, coffee, yogurt, etc... shake until there is a uniform mixture and drink immediately.

It is recommended to stay hydrated, as Psyllium is an absorbent fiber that extracts liquids from the intestine.
