Petalos del Bierzo red wine is a young wine with aging that uses Mencia grapes for its creation. The winery uses small plots of old vines, located in rocky soils for the production of different wines.

The creation of their wines began in 1999 and their technique has been refined to achieve this fantastic wine, which has been Awarded by Robert Parker as the best QUALITY-PRICE WINE in Spain.

It has an aging of 10 months in oak barrels, with an alcohol content of 14 degrees.

It is recommended to serve at a temperature of 16°C to 17°C.

This wine pairs very well with meats and pasta, although you could also enjoy it with different types of fish.
