Salmon rillettes from France
Our sea farming is unique in France. Our French Salmon is farmed at sea 2.5 km offshore. Animal welfare is an integral part of our quality policy. Our salmon have a specific diet, from sustainable fishing mainly based on Pacific fish, without GMO* and without antibiotics.
Our rillettes are composed of 60% of our salmon raised at sea in Cherbourg.
Smoked salmon and lemon confit rillettes:
Ingredients: Fresh salmon (50%),smoked salmon (10%), candied lemon (contains sulphites) (Preservative E223) (3.7%), cream, butter, shallot, salt, pepper.

Ingredients: Fresh salmon (60%), lemon (contains sulphites), crème d'Isigny sur mer (26%), butter, shallot, chives (0.5%), salt, pepper.
