Tasting notes:
Cherry colour. Perfumed notes of plum and strawberry over a background of grapefruit. Full-bodied palate with fine acidity. Elegant and sensual evolution towards a long aftertaste.


Gastronomy:

Excellent as an aperitif. Ideal with pasta with meat or tomato sauce and certain vegetables. Sublime with oriental cuisine.
Serve at 8-10ºC.
