After a great meal, it's time to put the sweet spot and for this we have prepared in collaboration with Panadería Castros (homemade bakery in O Grove) this flor de rosca customized for you. It is a dessert made with the dough of a traditional doughnut baked over low heat that makes the dough juicy and fluffy.

The doughnut flower has such a characteristic and special shape, which is why it gets its name. It is formed by 6 petals and 1 center that have exactly the same size to make it easy to divide each piece.


The threaded flower, you can only find it on our website. It weighs around 500g and is perfect for any occasion, either a special celebration or just wanting to treat yourself to a little sweet treat after a good meal.
