Each jar we make has a weight of 100 gr of sea urchin roe, a perfect size to use and so that the roe is not crushed between them.

All the sea urchin roe that we make, we freeze it afterwards to prevent it from being lost and to be able to use it for most of the year. Our Galician sea urchin roe comes from sea urchins selected from the best areas of O Grove and Cangas.
