SHIRATAKI KONJAC NOODLES 300 GR

Bio Konjac Shirataki are very thin spaghetti made from the Konjac plant. Its fiber-rich root is reduced to flour, which is used to make this pasta, so popular in Japan and increasingly recognized in the West. It can be a perfect alternative to traditional wheat semolina, especially for people who follow a low-calorie diet. How to use:

Colour the shirataki liquid, rinse and boil or sauté in a pan for 2 minutes. Serve with wok vegetables, your favorite stew or sauce (bolognese, pesto, tofu, seitan) and salad for a light, nutritious and healthy meal.
