Detailed description of the Iberian Cular Sliced Sausage

At Olalla Jamones we elaborate a delicious Iberian cured sausage in a traditional and artisanal way. We only use high quality meat and bacon without adding any extra fat. Its maturation is carried out in our natural drying sheds. For the same we take advantage of the air currents of the Natural Park of Aracena and Picos de Aroche, which give our sausages that characteristic flavor that makes the difference. It is a slow process of between 30 to 60 days

Tips for optimal tasting

Before opening the bag we strongly recommend that it is at room temperature (between 20 and 25º would be optimal). A little trick is to pass the case through lukewarm water in order to lose the cold resulting from the conservation. Afterwards, remove the slices and carefully separate them one by one and then place them on the plate. Ideally, wait about 5 minutes for the product to air completely and recover its natural aromas. Once the sachet has been opened, we recommend that it be consumed at the same time
